User Responsibilities

- Attend Scheduled Classes: Punctuality and commitment to your chosen schedule are required for effective learning.
- Respect Teachers and Staff: Maintain a polite and respectful attitude toward tutors and administrators.
- Use Services Responsibly: Do not misuse our website, content, or services in any unlawful or disruptive manner.
Payments and Refund Policy
Payments:
- Fees are payable in advance for the selected class plan.
- Payments can be made via secure online payment gateways (credit/debit card, Wise, or bank transfer).
Refunds:
- Refunds are available only if classes are canceled by Australia Quran Academy.
- Partial refunds for missed sessions are not available.
Trial Classes:
- A free trial class is offered to ensure our teaching style meets your expectations.
Class Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a class:
- Inform us at least 24 hours in advance to make alternate arrangements.
- We allow up to 5 classes to be rescheduled in a month if you inform us earlier.
- Failure to attend a scheduled class without notice will count as a completed session.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if:
- You violate these Terms and Conditions.
- Misconduct is reported during classes.
- Payments remain outstanding after repeated reminders.
